What is the minimum recommended screen size?

The design program is designed to work on desktop and laptop computers.
The minimum recommended screen size is 1280x800px, but it will work on smaller screens.

What image formats can I upload?

You can upload jpeg, png, gif and svg files.
Note that jpegs do not include transparency so are generally not suitable for use as decals.

Why does my logo (decal) have a white box surrounding it?

This problem usually occurs because your image does not include a transparency layer.
Jpeg images do not include transparency.

To remedy this you will need your file to be formatted as a png, gif or svg file.

If you only have a jpeg image, you will need to remove the unwanted white area in a graphics editor, then export as a png or svg.

What if i'm making a swallow tail?

You will currently need to use Shape 3D to create boards with swallow tails. You will need a Shape 3D plan that includes the design pro and 3d export options.

How do I add channels to my board?

Why is a Q displaying instead of an image at the head of the view online / export to html page ?

How can I add/remove a polish on my board ?

It is possible to control the gloss settings on a board.

  1. Go to the edit board page, then choose (or create) a skin.
  2. In the design board page, the board details section has a gloss/matte slider. Adjust the slider to select a gloss level. Please note that the 3d viewer only gives an approximation of the gloss.
  3. Save your board and create a new render to view the result.
