The design program is designed to work on desktop and laptop computers.
The minimum recommended screen size is 1280x800px, but it will work on smaller screens.
You can upload jpeg, png, gif and svg files.
Note that jpegs do not include transparency so are generally not suitable for use as decals.
This problem usually occurs because your image does not include a transparency layer.
Jpeg images do not include transparency.
To remedy this you will need your file to be formatted as a png, gif or svg file.
If you only have a jpeg image, you will need to remove the unwanted white area in a graphics editor, then export as a png or svg.
You will currently need to use Shape 3D to create boards with swallow tails. You will need a Shape 3D plan that includes the design pro and 3d export options.

This problem occurs because an image hasn't been selected to be used as the main image.
To select a render:
1. Select a render
On the Board Details page, click on the render item in the side menu or scrolling to the render section.
If you have not created a render, you need to create one first.
Under each render there is a star outline. select a render to use for the main image and click on the star to highlight it.
2. Save and View Online
To view the result, save your board and click 'view online'.
It is possible to control the gloss settings on a board.
